The following are mandatory checks and documents.

1. Status of the applicant in FCS sanctioned list
2. Duly filled application form
3. Organization Constitution
4. Organization registration certificate
5. Bank Statement

Any organization which is in the sanction list or has not fulfilled the above listed mandatory documents will be dropped at the pre-screening stage.
