Foundation for Civil Society (FCS) is an independent Tanzanian not-for-profit organization providing grants and capacity-building services to Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Tanzania. Our mission is to contribute to sustainable development in Tanzania through civil society strengthening, policy influencing and enhancing a learning culture.

Interested suppliers must submit their expression letter of interest (LOI) by quoting the reference number and services they intend to offer with supporting documents as provided below. The LOI must outline a statement of the firm capability to provide goods/services including experience to undertake similar contracts with other companies over the last three years.
The selection/shortlisting criteria will include;
Possessions of business licence, Professional licence/certificate, Company certificate of incorporation, Business registration certificate, TIN no. VAT registration certificate, Copy of Tax clearance, Company Profile indicating physical location. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and three customer recommendation letters. Only those shortlisted suppliers will be contacted.
